Pavillon Rouge du Chateau Margaux 2001. A little under fifty bucks a
bottle, and worth it.

I was crusing the fine wine cellar at a large package store we have here in
Atlanta, just to see what they had. I always look for a 1961 Chateau
Margaux like I had when I was younger (about a grand a bottle now), and
noticed that they had a 1996 for $410 a bottle. Right next to it they had
this Pavillon Rouge 2001, so I figured I'd try a bit of the grape from
Margaux and sprung for the bottle.

Lovely stuff, this. Beautiful in the glass, too. Best served near the
traditional cellar temp of 56 degrees Fahrenheit, and best to enjoy as a
proper tasting in a proper glass.

Enjoy! :)
