I'm not sure I understand why you think this guy is out to get Ms. Shaivo. I've heard all of the arguments such as, "he has another family". If that's the case, all the more reason to either take the money or at least get out of the spotlight by giving up the fight. The question is why does he continue to fight? The only reasons I can see left are: 1.) It's a point of pride. The "man" has challenged him and he's determined to win; not only to show the man but also to triumph over those casting dispersions on his character (such as you). 2.) Terri actually told him her wishes as he claims and he's determined to see them through - possibly this is the same as #1. As to your questions about treatment, etc. what good has it done? She's still gone and he probably thought it was ridiculous to attempt anything once the doctors gave him the original prognosis. So far it seems he's bee right. It may be that of those fighting, he's the only one fighting for her rights. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Find out how CFTicket can increase your company's customer support efficiency by 100% http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=49 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:150510 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
