doesn't look like my post made it through earlier... I use a prescription product called Flonase (formerly Beconase). It's a nasal spray and it works great!. I've been using it since I was a kid. Luckily my allergies have gotten better each year...now I suffer a bit for the first 2 weeks of warm weather..and aoff and on for a day or 2 at a time during the summer. Check it out..you won't regret it
