Yup. My mother tried that too. Eventually kids leave (you hope) and you have
to fend for yourself. My mother had a few cleaners, off and on. I remember
one that even did my mother's ironing (I was supposed to fend for myself). I
thought that was one of the greatest luxuries -- actually I still do!

e - the excitement of the new iron wore off within 2 weeks. maybe a new
ironing board cover?

I don't touch it when the cat get sick. I end up running out of the room
