Well I care because I don't like when the federal government threatens my family as it is in this case (your too). What's happened is that a state family court has said this is private family business but the federal government, run by Republicans, has decided it doesn't like the state court's ruling so it's tossing it out and asking another set of courts to rule on it. What this means is that your private family matters are no longer safe from review by federal authorities.
