I dunno about that, but as I've said this is an issue between the
Schiavo family and their doctor(s).  To me, if you're going to
challenge the Schiavo's rights, the only legal question is do we think
Mr. Schiavo is acting our of malice or compassion?

Being that he lived with his in-laws and flew Mrs. Schiavo all over
the country for over 2 years trying to find therapy I'd find that he's
acting out of compassion.
