I think i've noticed the difference between democrats and republicans when discussing finances.... A democrat will come out and tell you that you, as an American tax payer, will be financing programs A, B, and C. A republican will tell you that programs A,B, and C will come at NO cost to you....then devise ingenious ways to get you to pay for it anyway, without you knowing.
