I used to work for a consulting company and sent an email to the
client asking for information about a certain aspect of the case - I
included in people from the team and my VP.

My VP meant to "reply" but he "reply all" and said something to the effect of:

"These morons couldn't find their a55 with both hands!  Every f'n time
you send them a solution they munge it up.  Why do we even try?"

The email became infamously known as "The munge mail" and the client sued.
