This is where you have to be careful.  After she files, you will be contacted 
by the agency for your side of the story.  If you make statements that get her 
denied benefits, and she chooses to fight it, you could find your back against 
the wall.

On the other hand, if you just say something innocuous like "I did not have 
need for her services anymore."  She'll probably get benefits, and you won't 
have to prove anything to anybody.
