Based on the court case I mentioned earlier and various discussions I had with attorneys about my family law case, I would say that the most effective lawyer is going to be the local good old boy with an office right across the street from the courthouse. This lawyer will have made donations to the judges that handle the areas of his specialties, or at least to some of them. Preferably you want one that goes duck hunting with the judge and the opposing attorney and really believes in your case.... I don't know if you have caught the fact that many of schiavo's witnesses always always find the patient PVS. It's just what they do for a living, in the same way that there are "plaintiff's lawyers" or divorce lawyers that only do men or only do women. Greer does guardianship law. Felos does right to die. It's a natural working relationship -- these two ould easily come to a meeting of the minds and not even think they are doing anything wrong. Which, legally, it seems that they are not.
