I had Verizon DSL with a business account setup, 768K/768K dedicated w/29IPs. Then one day my DSL connection disappeared. Vanished off the face of the earth. There were no accout records at Verizon, no billing records. It was as if I never existed. It was the only time I had ever been disappointed by Verizon (I had been a DSL customer since they were still GTE (at least the Business Internet services) Now I have a Comcast cable modem. They sent out a technician the day after I called and set it up. Now here's the truly effed up part of this.
