Anyone here made the switch from PC to Mac? How was it? I'm considering it for a few reasons...
Also, here are the specs of the machine I configured: � Dual 2GHz PowerPC G5 � 1GB DDR400 SDRAM (PC3200) - 2x512 � 250GB Serial ATA - 7200rpm � ATI Radeon 9800 XT w/256MB DDR SDRAM � 8x SuperDrive (DVD-R/CD-RW) � PCI-X Gigabit Ethernet Card � Apple Keyboard & Apple Mouse - U.S. English � Mac OS X - U.S. English This seem reasonably powerful enough? I currently have a Pentiun 4 3.2 ghz. Will this be slower, faster, etc? So why do I want to move? Well, I'm always looking for nice write offs to offset extra income. I haven't bought a new PC in _ages_ since it seems like things haven't really improved much.I did recently get the new Dell flatscreen - but that should work fine on the Mac, right? Also, do HP printers generally work? If not, I can always keep it connected to the PC. Anything else I should be aware of?
