Man, you are all gloom and doom today. I agree that the long term finances of 
this country are totally screwed up, but it isn't only Bush's responsibility. 
Congress ultimately is responsible for the total refusal to deal with Social 
Security and Medicare. A big part of that responsbility lies with the 
Democrats, who seem to just deny there is any problem with Social Security. Not 
even to speak of Medicare, which is going to go broke soon and which Congress 
and the President as a whole have taken a big fat pass on doing anything about, 
as you have pointed out before. 

My own feeling is that I would like to see some of these big programs go bust, 
or at least become seriously endangered. Whoever is a the helm in Congress and 
in the White House when that happens is going to get totally pummeled. It will 
be better than ESPN Fight Night.
