Let's see, the Judge is a long time friend of the Sheriff. Michael Shiavo's fiancee's mother worked for the sheriff for years. The sheriff hired Michael Shiavo. The sheriff has not investigated any of the charges against Shiavo. Shiavo's Lawyers all donate to the Judge. His lawyer Felos and the sheriff served on the board of directors for the hospice. Only terminally ill people are allowed into the hospice. Terri wasn't terminally ill. They also illegally had Medicare pay the bill for Terri's care. Now the Pinellas County Medical Examiner decided not to let anyone watch him. You don't think he and the Judge go out and hunt gators together? Here's the problem, you know nothing about these people yet you trust them with someone's life. If there was nothing going on why were cameras banned right after the video of her reacting to her mother came out?
> What's disturbed me about this entire public debate is that 70% of the people have approached it from an emotional position rather than arrived at a conclusion based on sound policy logic. You shouldn't make up numbers to support your theory. Most people that think this is a right-to-die case supported Michael. As people learn more about it they tend to support Terri. This shows that most people support his right to decide over her parents and I agree. However when the person making that decision is behaving suspiciously, by not allowing test, therapy or cameras to verify if she can respond, then we need to investigate a little more. Sound policy logic would be to verify Terri was PVS before starving her to death. The fact that cameras and test were not allowed stinks of a cover-up. Michael Shiavo and lawyers sent out a press release stating they ordered an autopsy and they wanted it to be public to prove they were right. More lies I say. Florida state law makes autopsies mandatory and public records if a body will be cremated. Now the exam is done, body gone and we should trust the people run this little town? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:152701 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
