For Baltimore County police, said spokesman Bill Toohey, "It's a sign
that we're all a little nervous in the post-9/11 world."

That is the funniest thing I have read in a long time.

A man has trouble with a car stereo installation, tries to pay the
bill, and is compared to a terrorist? Are terrorist hiding has Worst
Buy, oops, Best Buy customers? If this is the case, the I would thing
Best Buy is assisting terrorist...

BTW.. what would he be charged with?
