They do, but right now she's in that weird place where, even though
she's not getting chemo, they want to "treat" her (which means no pain
meds unless you need them and now she doesn't).

She's left the hospital to a nursing home and they're telling her if
she eats and gets her strength up she can begin physical therapy. If
that happens, the doctors will allow her to go back to her retirement
home.

Well, she has little motivation to get her strength up and it turns
out that when you have cancer, your body makes you go poo a lot in an
attempt to get rid of it.

So basically she's stuck at a nursing home, peeing and crapping all
over herself, while watching other people die until it's her turn in 3
- 6 months.

Just to complete the picture: she's supposed to have guard rails on
her bed and ring to go to the bathroom. Well she woke up, had to go,
and rang. Nobody showed up so she got up to go herself but fell and
lay on the ground for hours where she had soiled herself.

We complained to the staff manager who told us that, on the weekend,
they have a lighter staff and so the service is a bit more "relaxed".
And this is a spendy, "nice" place!
