Hmm...

Your son spends the day talking about lead, is provided with a lot of 
documentation about lead, some suggested solutions for lead testing, and 
walks away with items utterly unrelated to lead awareness, without an 
actual solution for lead testing in hand.

Isn't your son a little young for Management Consultant training?
