But you see this is where marketing got in it.  If they had just provided the 
kit, you would have the kit, done the test and hopefully found your domicile 
safe to inhabit and that would be the end of it.

But somewhere a marketer said; "If we make them go to the hardware store to get 
the kit, maybe they will also buy a hammer, so some garden hose, or something.  
So for goodness sake, don't give the kit away for free.  Just give a t-shirt or 
something to remind them the need to go buy a kit."

Then again maybe not.
