I'm not sure why, but Dana's response reminds me that in TX for a while (not sure if they still do now), Burger King served burgers for breakfast. There's a joke in there about waking up with some hot beef... :P
I do find the commercials creepy tho. I'm also reminded of a stand-up routine about having a crummy first-job and the guy saying his first job was at Burger King... "my brother-in law was the manager there, and he thought he was THE Burger King... and he'd always put me on drive through and people come through and they scream at the micophone... could you turn it down a notch Chewbacca, my ears are bleeding... we're talking burgers here, not missiles, governor... but even worse were the people who don't talk loud enough...
