dell 8200 or 8250?

 also get the Crap Cleaner www.ccleaner.com, its free and nice. Run it and 
clean it then go to the issues tab and run that and clean all that junk out.
 If you have never used a reg cleaner then you will definately need to do it! 
(a lot)
 regvac isnt free but it works well safely http://www.superwin.com/regvac.htm
