ok let me put it another way. Why would you choose a product (doesnt matter who the maker is) that's core products( which isnt free) is a hole riddled, poorly coded piece of junk, why would their "free" product be any better? Not bashing them just a question in general but that is my main reason why I wouldnt go to .net. And it's not .net will be eroded down anyway, just like asp, vb.net.
