yes, but they won't make it easy :) you tell them you're moving because the other registrar is cheaper, and they say, "oh, then we can give you a cheaper price". honestly, that pissed me off more than anything. that was the equivelant, in my mind, of saying, "Mr. Griefer, we've been boning you in the ass for the past 2 years...since you now seem to realize it, we can stop if you'd like"
