Well, lets see. I need a group of 10 religious men, a Torah, place to pray, a lulav/esrog, a sukkah (those booths that Jews eat in outside during this holiday) and that's just the tip of the iceberg. There are hotels set up specifically for this holiday (and for passover for that matter) but I doubt that this would be one of them. Multi-cultural is a fine keyword but I've seen it have more of a meaning of "a nod towards a culture as long as it adapts to the 'norm'."
