Yep, and I'm so glad because we know that all those hetero couples are just chomping on the bit to be able to foster children. This should really cut down on the long list of foster parents just waiting for available children......or wait, shouldn't that be reverse....
At least the Governor, whom I think is the best of what's available, has said that he doesn't want the cps reform bill to be bogged down with this crappy rider. On another note, I just went to a topless club for the first time in about 5 years. We have new legislation in our area. Currently, the clubs are now regulated to where a dancer can only be topless on the main stage, and clothed on the other stages and while doing table dances. Now wtf is a topless club for if the dancers can't be topless. Are the people going in these things not adults? Do we have to have someone telling us what to do every-frickin-where we go nowadays.
