Somewhat off topic, but The best place to buy tech books in my opinion (especially if you're in Massachusetts) is Bookpool (www.bookpool.com)
They run a lot of sales and the book arrives practically instantly (again, I'm in MA, and they're on Cape Cod, so it might be quite different if you live in CA).
