Please. Greenspan answered that question. The government has committed more resources to the Baby Boomers than the government will be able to provide. There is no question about whether this statement is true. The only question is when it becomes a crisis. That's it. Basically, Democrats are burying their heads in the sand, claiming that there is no problem. The reality is that a lot of the current Members of Congress will be dead by that time. I can only conclude that Democrats have made a calculated decision that they can just hold their hands to their ears and keep repeating "lalalalalalala" and their constituents will not hold them accoutable. Their hedge on the possibility of being called out is a campaign of scare tactics targeted at the elderly to convince them that Republicans want to destroy the Social Security system. Grand hypocrisy considering that the one thing guaranteed to destroy the system is to do nothing. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Discover CFTicket - The leading ColdFusion Help Desk and Trouble Ticket application http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=48 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:154897 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
