They work basically the same as Propane except you don't have to
refill the tank. And IIRC, Propane burns a bit cleaner. Some grills
can be converted, but I'm pretty sure the Weber grills can't. Some of
the Vermont Castings grills can be, but I know the models that Home
Depot sells are custom made for HD so I don't know if those are the
same as VC's own grills.

The Good Eats "Chops" episode is coming up this Wednesday. He touches
on the differences between natural gas and propane grills on that one.
