All I have to do to turn off the media centre features is disable Media Center Receiver Service and the Media Center Scheduler Service and stop the MCE application from auto launching at Windows Startup... Doing that gives me a straight XP Pro desktop with a domain login and the ability to go full blown MCE with a simple batch file to turn on the services and launch the MCE applications... It makes for a much more versatile Home PC than just running MCE all the time :) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Save $10 Download ZoneAlarm Security Suite http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=66 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:156005 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
