Forcing a child to have a child is not punishment. Your ideal of what punishment is slightly ascue in my opinion of course...What will happen with this child..it wil have a broken life and end up the same just propagating the broken habits. Our supreme court ruled not long ago we could not put a juvinile to death, death is litterally the removal of life. By forcing this 13 yr to have a child you are in enssance removing her life; not only this but you are condemng her baby as well. I just can not see how this can ever be misconstured into a good practice to punish someone. The use of human life to punish another human is in no way shape or form humane and by adovcating forcing her to have a child as punishment is to imply that it is.
