Yes, implantation can be prevented by taking four or five regular
pills. I am not sure how many or whether the pills must contain
estrogen or profgesterone, but I know of it being done as an off-label
use.

I believe the morning after pill may in fact be sold over the counter
now though -- it was at least proposed, under the name Plan B. I did
not follow the issue very closely so I am not sure if this was
nationwide or only New Mexico.
