State of California was selling the light panels for $15.00 each, the
controllers were $100 each.
1937 x $15 = $29,055, 271 controllers at $100 each = 27,100 total value
per what the state was selling them for. $56,155. I put in a ridiculously low
bid of less than 1% of the stated value and hey I won. Cool! Let the fun begin!
