The touch screens are just the glass that goes over an existing monitor/tv. You need to install them onto the monitor yourself (very doable). To reduce the paralax, you should fill the gap between touchscreen and monitor glass with silicon.
The Navy stuff is not anything classified, just the FURNITURE and built-ins and cabinets. to be filled at liesure with PC-based simulators. Which has been the plan for 8 years! =) Same sort of thing - bidding on box lots at Navy storage auctions gets you interesting stuff for a couple of dollars a pallete.
