I really want a warehouse with about 20,000 - 40,000 sq ft just as a big toy room. Restore old cars, build need things, do fun experiments, kind of a myth busters situation without the filming. Maybe just a web cam. You'll never know when I will be doing something neat. So you could just occasionally tune in. Or I could send out e-mail invites for big events.
