But yeah, they're, their and there for me are right alongside ideal.
And you're right, I do see it often.
Speaking of which I remember a friend of mine saying he was annoyed
when he saw people use "yea" (some years ago) instead of "yeah",
because "yea" is pronunced "yAy" (long-a), as in the word used in the
King James bible as opposed to what people use in conversation
("yeah"). Personally I thought this was a bit too anal retentive as
they both mean "yes" (according to the dictionary) and one is archaic
and the other is slang.
How's this for a cryptic definition from dictionary.com tho?

Personally I think it's not only so, but very cryptic. :)
