I started MG-ing them before they even sprouted. Speaking of which - another good trick is to soak the seeds before you plant them. They sprout a LOT faster.
You can over-feed them - but your peppers are real hearty. What I do is when I water - I add about a teaspoon of MG to 3 gallons of water. I do that every other day or so. If you are really worried - do it every third watering - but I really have not had any issues with the peppers or any other plants for that matter. And!! UPDATE UPDATE!!! I actually had mature Snow Peas!!! I was sitting at supper with my bowl full of home grown lettuce and radishes and looked out the kitchen window to my snow pea pot and lo and behold there were peas!!!!! So I rushed out and picked off about 9 of them. YUMMY! I had no idea they were there - the plant just flowered last week! I know they come from the flowers - but I thought it would take a little while longer. I will post pics in a few minutes ...
