After disabling JS, it asked for more personal information.  They didn't
beat around the bush asking if you wanted to be informed of new products
or services or any of the fluff that you usually see.

They should have just put: Please give us any personal information to
drain your accounts.

Oh, well. I'm just submitting a bunch of bogus responses.
