The phishers just move their sites around. The even sadder thing is that today the images may very well be cached someplace else - the ISP or some Akami cache - so that you're not truly affecting the spammer at all... Pumping them full to the brim of phony data seems like it might create far more havoc in their operation. It seems like they would have to lose some time by having to try/check each phony entry to find the real ones...
