I think there is something to both of these -- young voters did not bestir thesmselves, and Kerry just is not charismatic, sorry. It's also a fact that the whole Swift Boat thing was irrelevant and did a lot of damage, which might have been avoided if better handled. Possibly money was a factor in this.
