What if it is a federal crime?

This states rights argument is so crazy right now. But the Constitution
gives Congress a golden key. Regulate Interstate Commerce.

That enumerated power is what congress has been able to use for years in
regards to federal laws.

Where to states rights actually stop? At what point is the good of the
nation more important than the good of the state.
