Not everyone can drink without getting drunk. One beer and my mom's noticably intoxicated. One shot of gin, and she's pretty well trashed with a Rudolph nose.
Besides, where is the line at which you are "high"? Where is the line at which you are "drunk" as opposed to simply "lubicated" or "relaxed"?
