For example, echinacia makes me *sick*.  Not violently ill, or anything,
 but I definately feel there's something distinctly wrong with my body
when I take it.  I thought it might have been the cause of it once, when
I took it for a cold.  Then, a few months later, I accidentally got into
some echinacia-infused tea.  Ugh.  Never again!
