Obviously not - since the FDA hasn't made any claims about it one way or the other. I'm probably wring, but I don't think that a Marijuana prescription is like others. I don't think that you can just go down to a pharmacy and fill it. I think that it's more like a recommendation which is then reviewed by the, the, "pot review board" or whatever. But I'm not sure.
