That's the one thing that's kind of keeping me from putting any time into a google maps integration of any sort. while it's still 'beta', while there's no 'official' API...it's just kind of disconcerting to think that I could put significant time into something that could change drastically enough to render my code useless...or even go away altogether.
No doubt, it's some very cool stuff...and I'm sure playing with it just for the sake of playing with it would build/sharpen some skills.
