actually, I go to this mongolian restaurant where you can pick all the
raw ingredients you want.  You could in theory skip the cook and eat
it raw.  So, where are the feds!  We need them to make sure that I
take my raw chicken from the buffet part directly to the cook so that
I cannot injure myself.

Yes, I know it's a smart ass comment, but there doesn't seem to be a
clear delineation of what needs to be regulated and what doesn't need
to be.

Let's take for instance guns.  I'm a gun owner, but I find it funny
that you can make MJ illegal because it's too dangerous for the
public, yet guns are legal.  I don't know for certain, but I would
guess that guns kill a lot more people than MJ. And before you say
that it's only criminals who kill and not your typical law abiding
citizen, look at the school shootings, or the one in Iowa a week ago
where the son went off the deep end and killed his family, or divorce
situations where one party goes over the edge.  These people were
'law-abiding' citizens until they snapped.
