Ok ... Getting somewhere now. Trying to sort out pros and cons... 1 - hubby already works for me. He's my full time programmer and software trainer. 2 - need someone to compile important dates, organize info in spreadsheets, data entry, remind me of important dates, organize my to-do lists which I already email to my team. 3. If I go away, they'd be point person and I would forward phone calls to them so they could take a message and/or find me.
As you can see - these are tasks that don't require a face to face meeting. A phone call once a day would be great. A retiree would probably be the best candidate. Either that or a work at home person that has spare time to fill.
