absolutely it is a good idea. whether or not it can be sold is another issue.
my thoughts. making sure bills get paid on time. (or when I was younger - speeding/parking tickets) accounting / invoicing / cash flow would be useful. courtesy phone calls. productivity coaching. [electronic filing] mailouts. email outs. basic fulfillment. I would say this is franchisable? or maybe subscription service for RPAs (you already have an acronym) and Clients. You would need online applications for some of the stuff. some way of distributing work. to remote (possibly disparate) staff I have about 3 to 6 remote working clerical staff available to help with this kind of stuff, and would like to develop some business to support their work from home lifestyles. This is a good fit for them. (A friend's company, we setup a Winnipeg local, but home based program to handle data entry requirements for a Winnipeg client.
