1400 Sq Ft two level piggyback condo on a postage stamp maybe 1/25th of an 
acre. 

Bought for $217,000 in Dec. of 2003. Appraised by Fairfax County (for tax 
purposes) at $245,000 last Dec. Could probably sell for around 300-350K


County Real-estate is around 2% per each $1000 in assessed value or something 
like that.

Plus the state personal property taxes (the infamous car tax)
 
If I want a house I have to either hit the lottery or move about 40 miles south.
