UN Oil-for-Food multi-billion dollar cheating by Iraq 11. Taliban takeover of Afghanistan, failure to address in any way 12. The broken promises of Yasser Arafat leading to the Intifada That's just the list off the top of my head. I'll pass on Clinton, thanks. And don't give me the standard Democratic line about welfare reform, budget surpluses, etc. That was all driven by the Republican Congress of 1994.
