When Mr. Bush was first a candidate the main criticism was that he was weak on foreign policy. "Don't worry", people said, "that's what Cheney and Powell are for." Well hopefully everyone learned a lesson - a President who's weak with foreign policy will always be weak with foreign policy. A President who's weak with economics will always be weak with economics.
