Does your ISP support IMAP?  Based on what you've said about the web
access and the junkmail folder, I suspect they do.  You should talk to
their tech support about that or look it up on their website.

IMAP should let you take care of that.  In theory, anyway.  Of course,
the only difference between theory and reality is that, in theory, there
is no difference.  :-)
